My son was having a problem with his lap top and took it to a store that "specializes" in computer repairs. When we got it home it no longer reconized the keyboard and mouse. CGrafiks took their time to find out what was wrong where other's would have given up. I also had them clean up and check my desktop. The rates are amazing and the prices are even better.
