(Q) How much Do you charge?
My exact computer rates are posted on the home page of the website,
but as a general rule, I charge $50 per hour for Local Onsite
Service Calls, and a minimum of $20 for In-Office repairs. However,
as you can see, the PRICES vary depending
upon the circumstances and project details

Cash / Check / Money Order / Credit & Debit Cards!
You can make a check payable to CGrafiks. We accept the major
credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American
Express. We also accept Paypal
payments onine. You can send check or money orders to CGrafiks

(Q) When are your Normal Business Hours ?
Good Question! I guess I'm normally availble from 12:30
pm - 6:30 pm Monday - Friday. However I also perform Onsite
Service Calls and I work part time at the Technology Center in
Crossville as their IT Personnell / Network Administrator, so
this is only a Partly Full-Time Job. If
I am givin adequate notice about the days clientale I can call
in additional help if needed... so don't let the hours
of operation scare you away!

(Q) Where is
Layken Lane?
Thank You for noticing! Even 911 doesn't know where this is,
and the city will not put up a Road sign! This makes me and the
Machine shop soooo mad! We both have Layken Lane addresses, but
there is no such road as Layken Lane.
The CGrafiks office is located on Dooley Street in Downtown Crossville.
Dooley Street is between Dairy Queen and Century 21 (same side
of road) off of Main Street. Turn on to Dooley Street, and then
almost immediately on your LEFT will be a Starter shop, and a
Machine Shop. You may even notice my big blue sign by the road
that says CGrafiks on it. Turn in to the Starter and Machine
Shops driveway on the LEFT. Straight ahead of you will be my

(Q) How long have you been in business?
CGrafiks was established in August 2006 as a home based Graphic
Design business. In 2007 I moved in to a small office by Genesis
Market on Genesis Road. About 5 miles from the interstate! Then
in 2008 I purchased the building featured on the "About US" page
and it has been a work in progress ever since. READ MORE
(Q) How quick is your turn around time?
I usually can have your computer fixed within a 1 day (minimum)
2 day (maximum) time frame. CGrafiks is only open from 12:30 -
6:30 Monday - Friday, and I am a one man show for the most part
(unless I am givin notice to prepare for the days clientale).
I service computers in a "First Come / First Serve"
basis unless you pay for "Rush Service" which is a $50
extra charge. It also depends on when you contact me. If you call
the day before your bringing it than I can usually make arrangements
for a technician to be here. This is the main reason that I require
you to call for appointment.
(Q) How many Clients do you
service?
At the moment I have a total of 89 clients within Cumberland County.
About 20 business clients and the rest are residential, a few
are friends and a couple are family. Out of the entire list I
have 2 clients that do not like me anymore. So a 98% Customer
Satisfaction Rate! One is upset because of a web site that did
not get finished in a reasonable amount of time, and the other
is because of an old computer system that I couldn't fix but still
had to charge for the ungodly amount of hours I put in on it.
Sadly, you win some and you loose some....

(Q) What areas do you perform
On-Site Service Calls?
Crossville, Lake Tansi, Fairfield Glade. Pleasant

I will service outside of this area however charge an additional
$0.50 per mile. Call for Details!
(Q) Do you service Printers and
Faxes ?
Not normally, In my experience I have found that it will cost
you more to pay for labor and parts on this equipment, than it
would to just go get another printer. I am capable of removing
paper jams and changing (ink) toner cartridges. I can often explain
the error codes and can often fix issues involving
the print spooler,drivers and problems inside the windows operating
system.
(Q) Can you Remove Viruses from
my computer without Reloading ?
Yes, in most cases I can 'remove' the virus without
damage to critical files or the operating system. Notice
the italics! I say it this way because in may cases even after
removing the viruses - they have already done the damage on your
computer and it still may not act 100% normal. The longer you
wait the worse the problems get. Also to perform the virus removals
it often takes much longer than it would to just wipe out the
system completely. I recommend if you have had viruses
in the past, and have more than 4 or 5 when you come in to me
- to wipe the hard drive and start fresh. Don't worry I always
back up your important information first such as your Documents,
Internet Favorites, Email and Address Book, and Desktop Icons.

THEM?
(Q) Do you sell NewParts?
A few, but not many. As a general rule I do not carry many new
parts with me or in my shop because computer change so often that
I may "sit" on a part for awhile before selling it.
If you have time I can usually order you parts at a discounted
rate through my vendors, and have it shipped here usually with
2-3 days max. If you do not have time I will find an adequate
replacement part from a local vendor such as Staples, Radio Shack,
or Wal-Mart.
I sell certain software, many of which is availabe via instant
download HERE (Acronis 11, Kaspersky,
PC Tools, Data recovery software, Data Recovery, Parental Control
Software, + Much more. I also sell Norton Antivirus 2009 in the
shop. Valid for 1 year. 1 Computer.
I do however carry several used parts that have tested good and
are available for purchase if needed. Call For Details.
(Q) What Does CGrafiks Do With The Donated / Recycled Equipment?
First we make sure that your data is securely removed from the
hard drive, and then we salvage and reuse what we can out of the
system. Resell various parts as 'pulled' equipment, and then at
the end of the year we donate the slower, obsolete donations to
churches, daycares, or other needfull charities. We do our best
to keep computers in circulation beacause even though it may be
a slow, worthless computer to me and you... it is a new toy or
tool for a small child or other unfortunate person. We will also
give you a donation receipt showing the approximate value of your
donation if required.
(Q) How Do I Give My Old
/ Used Equipment To CGrafiks?
There are several ways to get your donated or recyled equipment
to CGrafiks.
We offer Pickup within Crossville City Limits for $20 (additional
charges may apply outside Crossville City Limits). You can Ship
the packages to our Contact Info via UPS or FedEx (additional
rates apply). You can also Drop-Off your equipment at the CGrafiks
office for a Flat Fee of $5 per item.
