ABOUT CGRAFIKS

Hi, my name is Josh Hesser and I am the owner and sole proprietor of CGrafiks " A.K.A. Crossville Graphics". CGrafiks originally started out as me just wanting to be a freelance Artist.

ARTIST AT HEART
I had taken several art classes throughout my childhood; every chance I could in Grammar School and at least once every term in High School. I have been been formerly trained by Marilyn Filburn, and The Art Gallery. In 2004 I went to school online at Thompson Education Direct to become a Graphic Designer and received my Diploma as a Graphic Artist in 2005. After graduating I was offered less than I was making before I went to school. That is what made me decide to enroll in the Tennessee Technology Centers COT (computer operations technology) program to get a career in my second love . . . computers.

IN THE BEGINNING
In August 2006 I graduated from the Tech Center with Honors. I became A+ Certified and received a Microcomputer Specialist / Network Tech Diploma. I started CGrafiks as a licensed, legal business and began building clientale. Business was slow to start up from scratch, so I worked at a local computer store for almost a year while I built up my own business on the side. I ended up leaving in 2007 to be an Internet Marketing Agent for Cumberland Contractors and Management. The owner and I helped each other through our Business Startups. He gave me a small office space to work out of and allowed me to work on computers on my spare time from the office. From that point CGrafiks went from being just a Graphic Design / Art company and turned in to a small Computer Repair business.


OPPORTUNITY
About a year after working with CCandM I was offered a job to work at the Technology Center as an assistant to the Network Administrator. I sadly had to take the promotion and left CCandM to work for the Tech Center. Not long after being hired, the Network Admin left me with everything and went on to a better job...thanks Mike! I now maintain approx 200 computers and an internal network on a daily part-time basis and work as CGrafiks from around noon until I get tired in the evenings. Don't worry - If needed I have other great, qualified technicians that come in and help me!

Customer Satisfaction. After all, what is a business without customers? Going into the third year of business, CGrafiks services a total of 85 individual clients within a 25 mile radius of Crossville, and am adding more every day!
